Amaero Extends CEO Hank Holland's Term for Four Years With New Employment Agreement

Amaero (ASX:3DA) struck a new employment agreement for CEO and Chair Hank Holland to continue in his role for a four-year term through June 2030, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
The new agreement includes fixed remuneration of $750,000 per year, effective July 1, and an annual cash bonus targeted at 100% of fixed remuneration with the maximum payout capped at 200%.
It also includes a one-time grant of 30 million restricted stock units to acquire Chess depositary interests in the company, and a one-time grant of 30 million performance stock units.
