当前正值旱田玉米拔节生长、田间管护的关键攻坚阶段，也是决定玉米产量的重要时期。为精准掌握辖区旱田作物生长动态，切实解决种植户田间生产难题，筑牢秋粮丰产丰收基础，近日，北大荒农业股份八五九分公司第十管理区积极组织党员干部下沉田间一线，开展常态化巡田查苗工作，实地摸排玉米长势，贴心服务种植户。
党员干部为种植户科普种植技术
在辖区连片玉米种植地块，党员干部深入田间地头，细致查看玉米株高、叶片长势、根系发育情况，认真勘察土壤墒情，全面排查田间杂草、病虫害等潜在隐患，并与种植户面对面深入交流，详细询问地块施肥、中耕除草等日常管护开展情况，细致记录不同地块的苗情差异和生产难点。
针对当前气候特点和玉米生长需求，党员干部现场普及科学追肥、控旺抗倒、绿色防控等农技知识，一对一解答种植户生产疑问，指导农户因地制宜落实精细化夏管措施。
下一步，八五九分公司将持续发挥党员先锋作用，常态化开展田间志愿服务，精准推送农事指导，全力保障粮食稳产增收。
