智通财经APP讯，海伟股份(09609)公布，该集团预期于2026年上半年取得公司拥有人应占溢利约360万-740万元，同比减少约80.0%-90.0%。
董事会认为，公司拥有人应占溢利减少乃主要归因于：预期期内毛利同比减少约1990万-2370万元，此乃主要由于国内市场竞争加剧，导致集团主要产品的平均售价下降，并对集团的整体盈利能力造成压力;及外汇亏损预期增加约1250万-1350万元，此乃主要由于2026年上半年人民币兑港元升值及换算集团首次公开发售所得款项所致。
尽管存在上述挑战，但根据董事会目前可获得的资料，截至2026年6月30日止六个月，该集团核心电容器薄膜产品的销量预期较2025年同期略有增长，而售价自2026年5月起已呈现回升迹象。销量表现及售价回升反映公司产品在短期行业波动中具备韧性并获得市场认可。
