智通财经APP获悉，现代牧业(01117)再涨超9%，6月26日至今累计涨幅已超90%。截至发稿，涨8.52%，报1.72港元，成交额1.04亿港元。
消息面上，现代牧业与中国圣牧联合公布，现代牧业提出的强制无条件现金要约已截止。现代牧业及其一致行动人士合共持有约70亿股，占已发行股本约83.52%。收购完成后，现代牧业和中国圣牧奶牛总存栏达到60.4万头，占比达到全国总存栏的10.4%。
此外，现代牧业近期发布的盈喜显示，预计上半年税前利润不低于0.43亿元，同比实现扭亏为盈。华西证券指出，公司上半年盈喜提升全年利润大幅改善信心，由报表端财务改善向经营利润改善逐步推进。此外，头部牧业公司扭亏为盈初步揭示奶价周期进入反转阶段。
