蓝鲸新闻8月6日讯，近日，四川金融监管局发布行政处罚决定书，剑指中国人寿保险股份有限公司四川省分公司、成都市分公司、温江支公司、新都支公司及相关责任人。罚单显示，以上分支的主要违法违规行为是：虚列费用、给予投保人保险合同约定以外利益、佣金发放不真实。针对上述违法行为，四川金融监管局对中国人寿四川省分公司罚款21万元；对中国人寿成都市分公司罚款6万元；对中国人寿温江支公司罚款23万元；对中国人寿新都支公司罚款21万元；对余燕、严华、王钰、向华、廖礼鹏、王东平、任红磊、张洁警告并合计罚款13万元。
