路透罗马8月6日 - 意大利竞争监管机构周四在一份声明中表示，已因不公平商业行为，对电动滑板车和电动自行车运营商Bird、Dott和Lime LIME.O 处以总计近270万欧元(312万美元) 的罚款。
监管机构表示，这三家公司不合理地增加了罗马公共交通年票持有者获取其应享有的免费骑行套餐的难度。
其中，由优步（Uber）支持的 UBER.N 旗下Lime被处以140万欧元罚款，Dott被处以52.5万欧元罚款，Bird被处以75万欧元罚款。
这三家微出行运营商尚未立即回应路透的置评请求。
监管机构称，Bird、Dott和Lime在管理用户请求方面系统不足，导致通票激活严重延迟，从而缩短了用户可使用通票的时间。
监管机构还因另一项涉嫌不公平行为对Bird处以罚款，即该公司在未事先警告的情况下任意停用用户账户。
年度通行证持有者的免费骑行权益，是这些公司赢得罗马市2023-2026年服务合同的条款之一。
