智通财经APP讯，创想三维(03388)发布公告，本集团预期于2026年上半年将录得本公司拥有人应占亏损约人民币5300万元至人民币6300万元，而于2025年同期则录得本公司拥有人应占利润约人民币1.07亿元。为补充根据国际财务报告准则(国际财务报告准则)呈列的财务资料，本集团预期于2026年上半年将录得经调整净亏损(非国际财务报告准则计量)约人民币1000万元至人民币2000万元。
董事会认为，本集团2026年上半年的财务表现由利润转为亏损主要是由于(i)本集团为扩大其海外市场覆盖范围而加大推广力度及价格优惠，加上产品矩阵优化以及与产品升级相关的存货清理，共同导致毛利率下降;(ii)本集团扩张其线上直销业务，以及通过线下渠道加强品牌营销及推广活动，以扩大本集团的客户覆盖面，导致营销及广告开支(包括支付予第叁方电商平台、线下门店及渠道合作伙伴的推广费)增加;(iii)本集团对技术研发项目的投资增加以及扩充其研发团队，导致人员及材料成本上升，从而令研发开支增加;及(iv)于2026年上半年，由于人民币兑美元持续升值引发汇率波动，从而产生外汇亏损。
