CBL International Regains Nasdaq Compliance on Minimum Bid Price Rule

CBL International (BANL) said Tuesday it regained Nasdaq compliance with the exchange's minimum bid price requirement after its Class B shares closed at $1 or above for 10 straight trading days from July 20 to July 31.
The company had received two compliance extensions and completed a 1-for-13 reverse stock split on July 20 to meet the listing requirement.
