智通财经APP获悉，绿源集团控股(02451)跌超3%，截至发稿，跌3.6%，报12.85港元，成交额849.02万港元。
消息面上，近日，绿源集团控股发布公告，本集团预期于截至2026年6月30日止6个月本公司拥有人应占溢利较截至2025年6月30日止6个月本公司拥有人应占溢利(约为人民币1.1亿元)将取得不超过35%的下跌。
于报告期间，本公司拥有人应占溢利减少主要受行业及公司策略层面的双重因素所驱动。行业层面，在全面过渡至新国家标准后，消费者需要时间适应新产品。寻求更换的终端用户需求放缓，导致销量同比下降，并因此令本公司的收入减少。公司策略层面，为把握产业升级带来的机遇，本公司积极拓展包括高速电动摩托车及具身智能机器人在内的新增长曲线，同时加快海外市场渠道建设及产品本地化布局。相关研发成本及前期投入同比大幅增长，导致溢利暂时下降。
