消息面上，近日，据英硅智能官微消息，英硅智能宣布，公司与衡泰生物共同开发的创新口服NLRP3抑制剂ISM8969/HT-001已获得中国国家药品监督管理局(NMPA)临床试验批件，拟用于帕金森病治疗。
在2026年6月宣布完成澳洲I期临床首例参与者给药后，该批件标志着中国和澳大利亚两地平行临床评估的正式开启。本次临床研究旨在评估ISM8969/HT-001在健康参与者群体中的安全性、耐受性、药代动力学(PK)和药效动力学(PD)特征，以及在帕金森病患者中的初步疗效，为其后续临床开发奠定基础。
此前，英硅智能于2026年1月宣布与复星健康资本旗下深圳鹏复基金与复星医药的被投企业衡泰生物(Hygtia Therapeutics)达成独家授权与合作协议，共同推进ISM8969/HT-001的全球开发。根据协议，双方各持有该项目50%全球权益，英硅智能有权获得逾5亿港币的预付款及里程碑付款。
