智通财经APP获悉，荣昌生物(09995)午前涨超5%，截至发稿，涨5.6%，报83.95港元，成交额2.98亿港元。
消息面上，荣昌生物发布盈喜，预计上半年营业收入约58.50亿元，同比增长逾4.3倍；预计实现归母净利润47亿元，扣非归母净利润约 43.00 亿元。从规模对比看，公司上半年预告营收已经超过 2025 全年的营收水平，盈利规模也显著高于 2025 全年归母净利润，是公司上市以来中报维度首次实现大规模盈利。
公告称，业绩增长主要由于核心商业化产品泰它西普、维迪西妥单抗国内销售收入持续增长；二是RC148与艾伯维达成的大中华区以外独家授权协议带来大额技术授权收入确认，成为本期利润最核心增量来源。据悉，今年1月，荣昌生物与艾伯维签署RC148（PD-1/VEGF双抗）海外权益授权，交易总金额最高可达56亿美元。
