在2026年7月份，本集团于广东省惠州市惠城区新增项目1个，总楼面面积161,256平方米，总土地成本人民币5.49亿元。从2026年1月1日至7月31日期间，本集团累计新增总楼面面积 645,264平方米，总土地成本人民币26.27亿元，权益楼面面积645,264平方米，权益土地成本人民币26.27亿元
从2026年1月至7月期间，本集团收购安徽省合肥市两个合作项目的剩余股权，总代价为人民币1.04亿元。
