金吾财讯 | 据上证报，8月6日，广东省商务厅发布《中国（广东）自由贸易试验区发展“十五五”规划（征求意见稿）》（简称规划）。规划提出，鼓励国际化金融机构在区内设立总部机构，推动跨境金融、创新金融、风投创投、财富管理、期货交易、资产管理、特色金融、离岸服务等业态发展。加快大湾区国际商业银行、粤港澳大湾区保险服务中心等项目落地。支持扩大大宗商品交易规模，推动铁矿石、原油、橡胶等重点品种期现联动，增强大宗商品定价影响力。规划提出，推动金融科技监管试点提质升级，拓展数字人民币应用场景。支持开展离岸金融、绿色金融等跨境金融创新业务，推动跨境理财通、数字人民币跨境支付等试点扩容。支持区内金融机构开发跨境供应链金融、知识产权质押融资等特色产品，引导市场主体开发复合型金融产品。深化跨境信贷资产转让、多币种合一账户等试点，推动跨境金融产品更大范围的互认互通。
