消息面上，据市场媒体报道，前国民力量党首尔市议员李钟培于8月3日通过国民信箱向韩国最高检察厅正式举报金容范，指控其公开施压监管机构、强行推动单一股票2倍杠杆ETF上市，涉嫌滥用职权、强迫及以威力妨害业务等罪名。8月6日，李钟培进一步通过"国民申闻鼓"就李亿远涉嫌渎职及滥用职权妨害权利行使等罪名，向大检察厅提交举报书。
值得一提的是，上述举报直指监管决策链条的核心环节——举报人主张，涉事产品在选举前夕仓促推出，且疑似跳过了压力测试等必要风险审核程序，最终导致大量投资者蒙受损失。举报人李钟培援引金融委员会向国民力量党议员朴成训办公室提交的资料，其中明确载明“未曾就单一杠杆ETF实施或委托进行压力测试”。
