我市26名知识产权技术调查官上岗

　　运城晚报讯（记者 王耀）近日，市中级人民法院、市知识产权局联合发文，正式聘任王付杰、王如娃等26名资深专家为知识产权技术调查官、知识产权专家，为全市创新驱动发展注入知识产权新动能。

　　这26名专家来自运城学院、运城市市场监督管理局、山西瑞芝科技有限公司、山西淳正律师事务所等企事业单位和知识产权服务机构。专家专业覆盖知识产权法律、著作权保护、机械制造等领域，既有长期从事理论研究的专家学者，也包括知识产权实务人才，形成了一支高层次、多学科、复合型的技术调查官队伍。

　　入选的技术调查官将根据法院选派，参与诉讼活动，为案件技术事实的查明提供咨询、出具技术调查意见及其他必要技术协助。知识产权专家要针对运城市知识产权重点发展规划、重点项目和重大工程中急需解决的关键性问题进行知识产权咨询论证，为企业等创新主体提供知识产权创造、运用、保护等方面的专业指导。
