智通财经APP讯，积木集团(08187)发布公告，于2026年8月3日，帝丰贸易有限公司(作为业主)与本公司的间接全资附属公司Art Kingdom(作为租户)就租赁该物业订立租赁协议，租期自2026年8月1日起至2029年6月30日止(包括首尾两日)为期35个月，用作本集团的其中一间一般零售店。
该物业位于香港九龙快富街2、2A–2C、4、4A、6号昌富大厦地下1D号铺(储物室)及快富街2–6号昌富大厦1楼全层。Art Kingdom根据租赁协议的应付租金的总价值为 176万港元，代表每月租金5.5万港元
本集团的主要业务为透过于香港的零售店经营鞋服及运动相关周边产品贸易业务。鉴于其零售业务的性质，本集团计划不时就租赁零售店订立租赁协议。每间零售店，特别是与该物业类似的大型店铺，均有助于及维持本集团的营运规模，从而有利于本集团扩大其店铺网络及市场份额。
