智通财经APP获悉，TCL电子(01070)尾盘涨超4%，年内累计涨幅已接近70%。截至发稿，涨4.45%，报16.68港元，成交额1.27亿港元。
消息面上，TCL电子此前公告称，拟斥资56.1亿港元收购TCL空调业务51%股权，实现对TCL空调业务的控股并纳入上市公司体系。华泰证券指出，目标集团2025年空调销量超过2,200万台，营业收入约338亿港元，净利润超过19亿港元，具备较强盈利能力。
招商证券则表示，TCL电子此前被定位为纯电视厂商，估值受电视行业周期波动压制；并入空调后变成”黑电+白电综合平台"，业务结构向美的、海尔靠拢，估值水平有望从电视折价修复至综合家电的合理区间。
