Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) has commenced a US investment-grade bond sale in as many as five parts two weeks after announcing a $6 billion deal to acquire MarketAxess Holdings (MKTX), Bloomberg reported Tuesday, citing a person familiar with the matter.
Maturities for the offering range from three to 10 years, with price talk for the longest-tenored bond is for a premium of about 1.15 percentage points above Treasuries, the report said, citing the person.
ICE didn't immediately reply to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
