【大连重工：子公司仲裁案债务重组执行完毕 预计增利2165.75万元】大连重工公告称，全资子公司华锐国际与DFA公司合同履行纠纷仲裁案，新加坡仲裁机构已终局裁决。2026年8月10日，华锐国际收到剩余全部清偿款6,087,544.95澳元，债务重组最终债权分配执行完毕。公司前期已对剩余未回收款项全额计提坏账准备，此次将核销剩余计提金额5191.27万元，预计增加当期利润总额2165.75万元，最终以审计结果为准。
