Bicara Therapeutics (BCAX) reported a Q2 net loss Tuesday of $0.82 per diluted share, widening from a loss of $0.50 a year earlier.
That result matched the average estimate of analysts surveyed by FactSet.
Bicara said it had cash, cash equivalents and marketable securities of $497.3 million as of June 30, enough to fund operations into H1 2029.
Shares of the company were up more than 3% in recent Tuesday premarket activity.
