刊登在北京住建委官网的“关于进一步优化调整本市房地产政策的通知”并指出，适度提高住房公积金最高贷款额度，购房家庭中夫妻双方均为缴存人的，购买首套住房公积金贷款最高贷款额度为240万元人民币，二套住房公积金贷款最高额度为200万元。（完）
