欧洲股市周二持稳，盘中窄幅波动。成交量低于平均水平表明投资者信心不强。交易员一边权衡企业财报，一边评估中东局势的最新进展。
斯托克欧洲600指数收盘基本持平。能源股表现最佳，跟随油价上涨，科技股表现也优于大盘。在欧洲交易时段，布伦特原油价格在每桶88美元左右，低于盘中高点，此前巴基斯坦方面表示美伊和平努力取得了一些进展。
巴基斯坦国防部长Khawaja Asif在伊斯兰堡表示，过去“两三天的信号显示，我们距离达成某种安排已经很近”。在被问及美伊协议的最新进展时，Asif表示，“事态正朝着有利于和平的方向发展。”
个股方面，金融服务集团Lion Finance Group Plc公布盈利强于预期、提高股息并宣布新的股票回购计划后，股价一度上涨5.3%，创下历史新高。瑞士眼部护理产品制造商爱尔康公布的第二季度业绩好于预期并上调利润指引后，股价上涨4.7%。法通集团在遭到分析师下调评级后下跌3%。
欧洲股市正徘徊在历史高位附近，斯托克欧洲600指数的上升趋势依然完好。第二季度财报季表现积极，企业利润增长17%，好于预期。
瑞银全球财富管理首席投资官Mark Haefele表示，在强劲盈利和更广泛参与度的支持下，他仍看好股市。“美国科技股敞口较为集中的投资者可以考虑利用当前市场的强势表现，将投资分散至欧洲、亚洲和部分周期性行业。”
