ChainCatcher 消息，据财新披露，腾讯、真格基金、红杉中国等 Manus 此前的主要股东以 20 亿美元向 Meta 购回 Manus 股份，本次 20 亿美元的交易价格接近美国社媒科技巨头 Meta 在 2025 年 12 月宣布的收购价。Benchmark 是其被收购前的第一大股东，但并不会参与此次购回 Manus，Benchmark 此前的股份将由腾讯收购，后者将成为 Manus 最大股东。目前 Manus 正常运营。
昨日 Manus 发布公告表示即将恢复独立运营。为完成此次过渡并满足部分司法辖区的监管要求，受影响用户需在 8 月 23 日新加坡时间上午 7:59 前完成数据备份，并于 8 月 25 日上午 8:00 起进行数据恢复，以确保后续正常使用。Manus 还称正在准备一系列新功能，进一步拓展通用 AI 智能体的能力边界，并表示对公司恢复独立运营后的发展前景充满期待。
