消息面上，澎湃新闻从业内获悉，八大多晶硅龙头8月6日晚齐聚上海，签署《反内卷倡议书》并共同承诺：所有产品售价不得低于完全成本，企业互相监督举报；同时严格执行能耗新标准，主动出清高耗能落后产能。据澎湃新闻计算，上述企业的总产能约285万吨，业内占比超过八成。
银河期货发布研报称，多晶硅期货价格上涨至厂家完全成本线以后，多晶硅企业套保积极性将显著增加，因而12合约套保压力更大。近月合约底部基本确定，在厂家不低于成本销售的框架下，近月合约期货价格低于37000元/吨时中游库存或可逐步出清。短期来看，多晶硅厂家提价态度坚决。
