路透新加坡8月11日 - 摩根大通 JPM.N 亚太区高管对路透表示，由于今年该行亚太区企业银行营收增幅远超20%，摩根大通计划2027年在亚太地区将以类似的速度继续招聘。
Oliver Brinkmann与Kerwin Clayton在摩根大通新加坡办公室受访时表示，在2025年将亚太地区企业银行团队扩编20%后，公司今年也接近完成约15%的人力扩编。
两位高管表示，此次招聘将涵盖服务大中型企业、创新经济、金融机构以及非银行金融机构等团队。
“我们计划在2027年以类似的速度继续招聘，”Clayton表示，“招聘将涵盖所有业务领域。各地区情况不尽相同，但许多国家都会增加人手。”
得益于亚洲企业海外扩张以及人工智能$(AI)$、数据中心与供应链领域相关投资增加，摩根大通亚太地区企业银行业务今年迄今增长率已远超过20%。
两位高管指出，台湾、韩国、中国与澳洲等市场的业绩成长甚至超越上述增幅。
