Sanli Environmental's (SGX:1E3) subsidiary, Sanli M&E Engineering, signed a joint venture with Singapore branch of China Railway Electrification Engineering to carry out electrical works for two Cross Island Line rail projects.
The JV will act as the main contractor for the supply and installation of electrical services, according to a Friday bourse filing.
Under the agreement, Sanli's unit has a 51% stake in the joint venture.
