【三大超级项目，韩国想打“闪电战”】韩国总统李在明10日主持超级项目民官联合第二次检查会议，督促“三大超级项目”提速，要求韩国政府不只是打“速度战”，更要打“闪电战”，明确两年内临时转移光州军用机场核心职能，为西南地区半导体超级项目腾出地方。据韩国《朝鲜日报》报道，韩国政府正推动总规模约4700万亿韩元的“三大超级项目”，核心内容包括三个方向：半导体供应链扩建、AI数据中心建设以及物理AI产业培育。其中三星电子、SK集团等企业计划在韩国光州投资约800万亿韩元，建设4座半导体工厂。韩国《东亚日报》分析认为，李在明急推“闪电战”，意在避免重蹈龙仁半导体项目覆辙。SK海力士龙仁半导体项目2019年公示后，受环评、用水、土地补偿等问题制约，耗时6年才得以开工。《首尔新闻》报道提到，中国半导体企业的加速追赶，也倒逼韩国加快产业布局，军用机场搬迁，电力、用水等核心基础设施建设已不容拖延。
