DayOne Data Centers is moving forward with plans to raise $5 billion in a US listing as it confidentially filed for an initial public offering, Bloomberg News reported Tuesday, citing people familiar with the matter.
The Singapore-based data center operator, which the news outlet said earlier is targeting a valuation of $20 billion, is expected to debut as soon as the next quarter. The report said, however, that details and timing could still change.
DayOne Data Centers closed a $4.5 billion series C funding round in June. Since it was established in 2022, it has built a digital infrastructure platform network across Asia and Europe, according to its website.
DayOne Data Centers did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' requests for comment.
