China Jinmao (HKG:0817) recorded contracted sales of 9.20 billion yuan in July, with a contracted sales gross floor area of 273,213 square meters, according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
For the seven months ended July, the property developer recorded cumulative contracted sales of 66.7 billion yuan, with a contracted sales gross floor area of 2.6 million square meters.
