宇树科技启动申购，美团、红杉或成最大外部赢家，大疆撤资错失约 37 亿元浮盈

ChainCatcher 消息，宇树科技于 8 月 10 日正式启动网上网下申购，发行价 150.80 元/股，发行后总市值约 609.93 亿元，募资总额近 61 亿元，发行市盈率 219.23 倍，远高于行业均值 38.56 倍。

美团通过旗下三家主体合计持有宇树发行前 9.65% 股份，为最大外部机构股东；红杉中国合计持股 7.11%，位列第二。按发行价测算，两家机构将获丰厚账面回报。红杉最早于 2019 年 12 月以 1500 万元参与增资，彼时投后估值仅 1.5 亿元。

大疆旗下基金曾于 2018 年拟出资 1012.86 万元参与增资，对应持股约 17%，并已完成工商登记，但于 2019 年选择撤资退出。若该笔投资保留至今，按发行价估算对应市值约 37 亿元。大疆未解释撤资原因，但 2019 年该公司曾发布反腐公告，披露处理涉嫌腐败员工 45 人，并导致投资部门工作全面停滞。

其他主要股东中，经纬创投持股 5.45%，顺为资本持股 4.42%，中信证券合计持股 4.49%。战略配售方面，DeepSeek 获配 93.34 万股（申购 1.41 亿元），腾讯旗下上海启善投资获配 90.33 万股。中信证券作为独家保荐人将获得约 1.45 亿元保荐承销费，并通过跟投获配 80.89 万股。宇树同时提示，发行市盈率显著高于行业均值，存在股价下跌风险。中签缴款截止日为 8 月 12 日。
