智通财经APP获悉，力勤资源(02245)早盘涨超8%，截至发稿，涨5.58%，报14.76港元，成交额6505.01万港元。
消息面上，8月7日，证监会发布《关于同意宁波力勤资源科技股份有限公司首次公开发行股票注册的批复》。据悉，力勤资源拟在深交所主板上市，中金公司为其保荐机构，拟募资约40.47亿元，主要用于湿法渣资源化示范项目、MHP精炼生产项目。
值得注意的是，力勤资源近期宣布，RKEF项目二期之KPS项目于2026年8月1日实现全面达产。随着二期项目的顺利达产，力勤资源现已具备并稳定实现年产40万金属吨镍的规模化生产能力。公司表示，Obi项目的全面达产将促使整体规模效益进一步释放，为深化降本增效、优化资源配置以及提升核心竞争力奠定坚实基础，有力推动公司盈利能力与行业影响力的稳步提升。
