汇通达网络近期公告，拟不定时于公开市场回购H股，回购总金额不超过人民币5亿元。董事会认为，回购H股符合公司及股东的整体利益，彰显公司及其管理层团队对公司业务未来发展前景的信心及长期价值的认可。
值得注意的是，今年年初，汇通达与零食优选的重磅战略合作落地，以并购式合资的形式，将2800家线下门店纳入自身零售生态。近日，零食优选完成新一轮店型升级——从单一的量贩零食店型，扩展至涵盖社区便利店、折扣超市在内的多业态店型矩阵，并加速向县镇等下沉市场延伸。这一升级标志着零食优选正从 “ 零食量贩专家 ” 向 “ 全域零售连锁品牌 ” 加速进化，也意味着汇通达零售连锁战略正稳步落地、成果逐步显现。
