【劲方医药-B(02595.HK)：全球首个口服KRAS G12D抑制剂治疗非小细胞肺癌III期研究启动，GFH375第二项注册性临床研究完成首例患者入组】智通财经APP讯，劲方医药-B(02595.HK)发布公告，GFH375 (口服 KRAS G12D 抑制剂)在国内进入单药治疗非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的注册性 III 期临床研究( “麒麟-飞 01” )。“麒麟-飞 01” 是一项多中心、开放标签、随机对照的 III 期研究，评估 GFH375 对比多西他赛治疗标准治疗失败的 KRAS G12D 突变型、局部晚期不可切除或转移性 NSCLC 患者;该研究将在全国超过 40 家研究中心开展，首例患者已于近日在南京鼓楼医院完成入组。此前 GFH375 已于去年进入全球首个口服 KRAS G12D 抑制剂治疗胰腺癌的注册性 III 期临床研究( “麒麟 -翼 01);今年 GFH375 已在国内率先获得单药治疗 KRAS G12D 突变型 NSCLC 和胰腺癌的两项突破性疗法认定(BTD)。
