格隆汇8月10日｜8月10日消息，郑州市发展和改革委员会发布通知，对郑州市电解铝、水泥、钢铁企业执行2026年度阶梯电价。登封市宏昌水泥有限公司、登封市嵩基水泥有限公司、天瑞新登郑州水泥有限公司、登封中联登电水泥有限公司、天瑞集团郑州水泥有限公司、河南永安水泥有限责任公司、河南双龙建材有限公司、新郑市恒发水泥厂、郑州顺宝水泥股份有限公司9家水泥企业能耗达标，执行一档阶梯电价。 河南中孚铝业有限公司电解铝企业能耗达标，执行一档阶梯电价。中国长城铝业有限公司环保新材料厂能耗超标，执行一档阶梯电价基础上另加0.35元/kwh。河南福华钢铁集团有限公司、郑州永通特钢有限公司、河南昌泰不锈钢板有限公司3家钢铁企业2025年全年处于停产状态。涉及差别化电价的生产企业须严格执行用电加价，对以各种理由拒交加价电费的，各级供电主体应依法依规进行处理。以上自2026年6月1日起追溯执行。
