美国参议院上周五表决通过备受期待的对俄、对伊制裁法案，该法案以已故联邦参议员林赛・格雷厄姆命名。
法案以86票赞成、11票反对的结果获得两党压倒性支持。
林赛・格雷厄姆的妹妹达琳・格雷厄姆目前临时接替他担任联邦参议员，并将在今年11月参选完整六年任期，本次投票由她主持落槌。
参与起草法案的跨党派参议员团队发布通告称，制裁对象涵盖俄罗斯政界官员、寡头、各类银行及金融机构，同时瞄准俄罗斯影子油轮船队。
法案接下来还需送交众议院审议，众议院目前处于休会状态，休会持续至本月底。
众议院议长迈克・约翰逊此前表态支持制裁俄罗斯，但尚不清楚这份法案能否在众议院获得足够票数。
格雷厄姆上月骤然离世，终年71岁，他生前是这项法案的核心推动者。
