智通财经APP获悉，据媒体援引知情人士报道，Edward Liu将离任美国银行科技投行副主席兼软件投行全球主管(Vice Chairman of Technology and Global Head of Software)，出任德意志银行TMT(科技、媒体与电信)全球主管。
报道称，Edward Liu将于2026年11月正式加入德银，常驻美国纽约，向德银投行部联席主管兼投资银行与资本市场全球主管Alison Harding-Jones汇报。
德银发言人对此拒绝置评。该行此前曾表示，将持续开展战略性人才引进工作，为公司长期发展蓄力。
报道又指，上周共有四位美国银行资深高管相继离职，Edward Liu为其中一位。周四美银官宣投行联席主管Mike Joo将离任，周三小摩宣布聘任Amy Lissauer掌管股东关系与权益保护小组负责人，周一花旗则聘用Rohan Sen牵头科技服务领域的客户覆盖业务。
