Hubei Yihua Chemical Industry (SHE:000422) completed the industrial and commercial registration for a 950 million yuan capital injection into wholly-owned subsidiary Chuxing Ecological Technology.
The subsidiary's registered capital rose to 1.70 billion yuan from 750 million yuan, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
Shares of the chemical manufacturer were down 3% in recent trade.
