格隆汇8月11日丨梦金园(02585.HK)发布公告，根据集团截至2026年6月30日止六个月(“报告期”)未经审核综合管理账目所作的初步审阅以及其他董事会目前可得资料，集团预期录得：(i)报告期内收益介乎人民币91.58亿元至人民币111.93亿元，较截至2025年6月30日止六个月(“去年同期”)的收益人民币104.51亿元，介乎减少约12%至增加约7%；(ii)报告期内海外收益介乎人民币2.30亿元至人民币2.81亿元，较去年同期海外收益人民币1.45亿元，增加约59%至94%；(iii)报告期内净利润介乎人民币2600万元至人民币3200万元，较去年同期净亏损人民币6400万元，增加约141%至150%；及(iv)报告期内公司拥有人应占期内利润介乎人民币1800万元至人民币2100万元，较去年同期公司拥有人应占期内亏损7000万元，增加约126%至130%。 预期业绩变动主要受以下因素影响：一是金价波动下，Au(T+D)合约及黄金租赁等产生的亏损较去年同期减少；二是境内市场销量有所下降导致整体收益或有下降，但海外市场开拓成效显现，境外收益实现增长，海内外业务结构持续优化。
