智通财经APP获悉，创想三维(03388)跌超5%，截至发稿，跌4.92%，报22.02港元，成交额1079.24万港元。
消息面上，近日，创想三维发布公告，本集团预期于2026年上半年将录得本公司拥有人应占亏损约人民币5300万元至人民币6300万元，而于2025年同期则录得本公司拥有人应占利润约人民币1.07亿元。为补充根据国际财务报告准则(国际财务报告准则)呈列的财务资料，本集团预期于2026年上半年将录得经调整净亏损(非国际财务报告准则计量)约人民币1000万元至人民币2000万元。
董事会认为，本集团2026年上半年的财务表现由利润转为亏损，主要是由于本集团为扩大其海外市场覆盖范围而加大推广力度及价格优惠，加上产品矩阵优化以及与产品升级相关的存货清理，共同导致毛利率下降。
