智通财经APP讯，加科思-B(01167)发布公告，截至2026年6月30日止六个月(报告期间)预期公司将取得不少于人民币6亿元的净溢利，而截至2025年6月30日止六个月则取得净亏损约人民币5899万元。此乃公司首次实现溢利。
公司于报告期间由净亏损转为净溢利，主要归因于收益显著增长，其中贡献来源包括：(1)与AstraZeneca AB就JAB-23E73(泛KRAS)的全球(不包括中国(香港特别行政区、澳门特别行政区及台湾除外))研发、制造及商业化的战略授权合作所产生的收入;及(2)与上海艾力斯医药科技股份有限公司就艾瑞凯®(glecirasib，KRAS G12C)及 sitneprotafib(JAB-3312，SHP2)在中国的研发、制造及商业化所签订的授权及服务协议所产生的收入。
