金吾财讯 | 港股存储概念盘中多个股跌转涨，截至发稿，南方两倍做多三星电子（07747）涨6.39%，澜起科技（06809）涨6.44%，兆易创新（03986）涨4.09%。消息面上，据市场媒体报道，三星电子第六代高带宽内存HBM4的良率已从量产初期的不足60%大幅攀升至80%左右（也称“黄金良率”），提前达到公司此前设定的年底目标，意味着三星在HBM4的盈利能力和大规模供应上迈出关键一步。另摩根大通新近研究称，本轮存储上行周期可能持续至2028年底，其持续时间将远远超过过去二十年的普通存储周期。摩根大通将2026年至2028年全球DRAM和NAND市场规模预测分别上调4%、6%和8%，至9709亿美元、1.442万亿美元和1.826万亿美元，并预计，未来两年存储需求增速仍将超过供给，供需矛盾将在2027年进一步加剧，到2028年才略有改善。摩根大通还预计，全球DRAMbit需求将在2026年、2027年和2028年分别增长约30%、31%和25%，同期供给增速仅约26.5%、24.4%和24.8%。2027年需求和供给增速差距达到约7个百分点，成为供需矛盾最突出的一年。
