ChainCatcher 消息，软件公司 Strategy 持有近 85 万枚比特币，价值略高于 500 亿美元，其中近期部分购买通过债务和发行股票融资。Michael Saylor 自 2020 年将公司转向比特币积累业务后，其财富随比特币价格波动。Michael Saylor 表示，去年借助 AI 聊天机器人，通过公司发行的比特币支持型优先股赚取了 150 亿美元。
Strategy 发行的 STRC 年股息率为 12%，近期价格回升至接近 100 美元，6 月下旬一度降至约 75 美元。过去一年，Strategy 普通股价值随比特币价格下跌约 80%。公司近期出售部分比特币，用于管理债务及股息承诺，并已建立 40 亿美元现金储备，为后续融资前提供约两年资金支持。Michael Saylor 还表示，去年 5 月曾使用 ChatGPT 深度研究模式设计公司可转换优先股产品。
