商务部新闻发言人就对原产于墨西哥和美国的进口碧根果反倾销调查初裁答记者问
问：我们注意到商务部网站发布了对原产于墨西哥和美国的进口碧根果反倾销调查的初裁公告，能否介绍相关情况？
答：2025年9月25日，商务部对原产于墨西哥和美国的进口碧根果发起反倾销调查。
立案后，商务部本着公平、公正、公开、透明的原则，严格按照中国相关法律法规和世贸组织相关规则进行调查。多家墨西哥公司应诉，但没有美国公司应诉。经过调查，初步证据表明，进口被调查产品存在倾销，相关国内产业受到了实质损害，且倾销与实质损害之间存在因果关系。根据《中华人民共和国反倾销条例》的有关规定，商务部于2026年8月10日发布案件初裁公告，并决定实施临时反倾销措施，裁定墨西哥公司的倾销幅度为17.8%-51.6%；由于没有一家美国公司参加调查，根据中国相关法律规定和世贸组织规则，采用可获得事实裁定所有美国公司的倾销幅度为54.3%。
中方一贯审慎、克制使用贸易救济措施，坚定维护公平和自由贸易。下一步，我们将继续依法开展调查，充分保障各利害关系方权利，根据调查结果客观公正作出最终裁决。
