消息面上，北京重磅楼市新政落地，非京籍购房门槛降至1年、公积金贷款最高340万元。国金证券指出，当前北京楼市已呈现需求企稳、供给收缩、政策托底、刚需主导和成交价格反弹等特征，新政有望进一步降低购房成本、释放增量需求并改善市场预期，其效果可能持平或略好于上海今年2月出台的“沪七条”。
该行指出，此次北京楼市新政落地于政治局会议提出“加大逆周期调节力度”之后，并处于“金九银十”传统旺季之前，具有较强的政策信号意义。往后看，房地产增量政策或成为下半年宏观政策加力的重要抓手，重点城市楼市止跌回稳进程有望加快。
