比特币持仓企业Strategy公司本周一披露，上周通过出售1690枚比特币筹集1.086亿美元，同时通过发行659万股普通股筹集6.531亿美元。该公司将比特币出售所得用于以1.086亿美元回购115.202万股浮动利率优先股STRC。该批比特币在扣除费用和开支后的平均售价为每枚64262美元。此次出售后，Strategy的比特币持仓降至840447枚，总购入成本为633.6亿美元，平均购入价格约75385美元。
Strategy将普通股出售所得中的6.5亿美元划入美元储备，截至8月9日该储备余额增至46.5亿美元，剩余约310万美元计入公司现金余额。完成最新交易后，Strategy在其优先股回购计划中剩余约7.852亿美元额度，在MSTR普通股回购计划中剩余10亿美元额度。周一盘前交易中，MSTR和STRC均上涨0.5%，比特币交易价格在65000美元附近。
