格隆汇8月11日丨心通医疗-B(02160.HK)公告，由于集团于2025年12月19日完成收购心律管理(“心律管理”)业务(“收购交易”)，心律管理业务于截至2026年6月30日止六个月(“报告期”)首次全部合并入集团财务报表。根据对集团报告期未经审核综合管理账目的初步审阅及对董事会目前可得最新资料的评估，集团预期报告期录得收入不低于1.53亿美元，录得净亏损不高于2500万美元。 于报告期内，集团全球心律管理业务持续稳定增长，其中，中国市场起搏器植入量更录得双位数增幅；同时，借助心律管理业务在全球注册和商业化方面的成熟渠道和资源，我们的VitaFlow Liberty?经导管主动脉瓣置换系统在CE认证覆盖区域商业化落地提速，在新兴国家注册与销售同步放量，实现在非中国区逾40个国家植入量较截至2025年6月30日止六个月增长超过350%，并创下单月植入量超250台的记录。此外，集团自完成收购交易后正采取一系列的整合措施持续释放协同效应，并继续深化降本控费举措，进一步提升运营效率，降低各项经营成本。
