韩国将要求单只杠杆交易所交易基金（ETF）的新投资者进行模拟交易练习，进一步收紧对加剧市场波动的这种高风险产品的监管规定。

　　韩国金融服务委员会发布，新投资者购买单只杠杆ETF必须完成至少五天的模拟交易，总时长至少为五小时。新规将于8月19日起实施，适用于韩国境内及境外相关投资。

　　这是韩国监管部门限制散户参与杠杆ETF交易的又一举措。此前，相关产品大幅下跌，导致投资者损失数十亿美元。监管机构此前已将此类交易的最低现金存款额提高至3000万韩元（约合2.1万美元），并将单一个股杠杆产品新投资者必须完成的线上培训时间延长至三个小时。

　　自7月31日提高现金存款额要求生效后，单一个股杠杆ETF的交易活动降温。监管机构数据显示，这类产品的成交额8月11日降至7000亿韩元，7月30日时为12.4万亿韩元。

　　新的模拟交易练习将在韩国交易所网站上免费提供。韩国对个人投资者参与衍生品交易或卖空股票，也实行类似的模拟交易要求。
