智通财经APP讯，BBSB INTL(08610)发布公告，本公司全资附属公司BBSB Holdings Sdn Bhd (BBSB)已于 2026年8月12日与Shantawood Sdn Bhd(SSB)订立谅解备忘录(备忘录)。 SSB为DPS Resources Berhad(DPS)的全资附属公司，而DPS于马来西亚证券交易所上市。
备忘录载列BBSB与SSB就建议合作(建议合作)的初步谅解，订约各方拟探讨有关在SSB拥有的土地上开发数据中心设施的潜在安排。
建议合作仍有待相关技术、商业及监管考虑顺利完成、所需基建工程的可用性及合适性、取得必要批准以及订约各方磋商及签立最终协议，方始作实。
建议合作可能为本集团提供机会，透过利用本集团于桥梁及基础建设工程方面的经验及专业知识(包括可能将其工程及建设能力应用于设计及开发数据中心基础设施)，扩大其于数据中心基础建设工程的参与，达成订约各方各自资源及能力互补。
现阶段，建议合作仍属初步性质，有待进一步评估、达成相关条件以及磋商及签立最终协议。概不保证建议合作最终将会进行，亦不保证订约各方将会订立任何最终协议。
