8月10日金融一线消息，光大银行公告，根据《中国光大银行股份有限公司非公开发行优先股（第二期）募集说明书》（简称《募集说明书》）的相关条款，该行于 2016 年 8 月非公开发行的第二期优先股（代码：360022，简称：光大优 2）采用分阶段调整的票面股息率定价方式，票面股息率为基准利率加固定息差，首5 年的票面股息率从发行日起保持不变，其后基准利率每 5 年重置一次，每个重置周期内的票面股息率保持不变。光大优 2 的第二个股息率调整期将满五年结束。根据《募集说明书》的相关条款，现对光大优2 的第三个股息率调整期内的票面股息率进行调整。

　　票面股息率为重置日的基准利率加固定息差。本次重置日的基准利率为重置日（即 2026 年 8 月 8 日）前20 个交易日（不含重置日）中国债券信息网公布的中债银行间固定利率国债收益率曲线中，待偿期为 5 年的中国国债收益率算术平均值（即1.43%，四舍五入计算到0.01%）。固定息差在发行时已确定为 1.28%，固定息差一经确定不再调整。

　　据此，自 2026 年 8 月 11 日起，光大优2 的第三个股息率调整期的基准利率为 1.43%，固定息差为 1.28%，票面股息率为2.71%，股息每年支付一次。
