智通财经APP讯，胜狮货柜(00716)发布公告，于2026年8月10日(于交易时段后)，本公司与海丰物流订立该协议，据此本公司同意出售及海丰物流同意收购销售权益(紧接交易完成前，由本公司实益拥有及以本公司名义登记持有的胜狮物流注册资本的50.68%)，代价为约人民币3632万，以及海丰物流同意向胜狮物流注入新资金约人民币1670万。
交易完成后，本公司将持有胜狮物流40%的股权及胜狮物流将不再为本公司的附属公司，并将成为本公司的联营公司，以及胜狮物流的财务业绩将不再综合并入本集团的综合财务报表中。
海丰物流作为本集团长期的合营伙伴，其具备丰富的行业知识、营运专长及成熟的业务网络，预期将有助提升胜狮物流的未来发展及表现。出售事项将使管理层能够专注于本集团的策略重点及主要增长计划，同时保留于胜狮物流的少数权益，并继续参与其未来增长及价值创造。
